How to determine shipping charges without going through complete checkout:
The easiest way to determine shipping costs to is to simply add an item, or items, to your shopping cart, click the "view cart" button, click the "Estimate shipping cost" button, fill in your shipping address, click "Estimate" and your shipping cost should show up on this billing page.
What currency does the website use?
Everything is in American/US dollars.
Shipping
All in stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order. Regular ground delivery takes 4-6 business days from the day the items are shipped. For oversize items such as poker tables, no expedited options are available so please do not select expedited shipping for those items.
*International Clients: Good news, we do ship internationally!
The shipping cost should be correctly displayed with our estimation tool and in our checkout process. If shipping costs is different after placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
It is you responsibility to IMMEDIATELY inspect your package once you receive it. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 2 business days of delivery date. All notifications must be directed to sales@suckerforpoker.com. It is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will refund, or exchange an item for 30 days from the date purchase (less shipping charges).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will set up a return for you and provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). There is a 20% restocking fee. Please do return items, without contacting us for a Return Material Authorization. Please be aware that items returned without an RMA may be delay your refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the same unopened condition you received the item in. We cannot accept returns on opened or damaged items. If an item was damaged in shipping, please do not open package and contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can for the claim.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the restocking fee is non-negotiable. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and must contain the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip. We cannot accept returns for: special orders, back order, sale and special items (engraving/personalized). Some chips may be personalized, we cannot accept returns on personalized items that are in good condition. They may not be returned because of the customization that has been done to the product.
